MaxspurtAM is a property Management company specialized in taking care of people and their homes; whether you are an owner represents a community or somebody wanting to rent your special place in the event we can take care of all aspects of your villas, apartments, rentals and vacant lands.

Being part of a community we have a responsibility to positively contribute to it. Whenever possible we give of our resources and money to those who need it more than we do. We are planning to partner with homeless charity and schools to Trust. All our staff are offered an extra week of holidays to volunteer in the varied activities. Further we are planning to contribute to school building projects and sponsor 10 children through their education every year.
